Through his music, pianist and composer Alexis Ffrench expresses innocence, light and hope. In partnership with the Royal Albert Hall, Alexis filmed this video on the famous big red hand built Yamaha S6 Grand Piano in the Elgar Room; the only piano of its kind in the UK, originally played by Sir Elton John.

I think the craft in the song is so compelling, and it reminds me of great black & white movies that I used to watch as a child and feel nostalgic about now. I think there’s a warmth and simplicity and honesty, and one can’t help but feel a connection to the song.”
